David Cummins

David P. Cummins is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the ACS Transportation Solutions Group, the largest provider of transportation services to governments worldwide, with sales in over 30 countries. He leads all sales, marketing and acquisitions for the group, managing a team of 60 sales professionals in eight countries. The group focuses on toll collection, public transport, parking, roadway enforcement, commercial trucking, ports, airports and urban traffic.

Prior to joining ACS, Cummins was Director of Operations Planning and Management for the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Organizing Committee. In 2003, he and three colleagues were awarded the International Project of the Year Award, presented by the Project Management Institute, for project management work accomplished at the Games.

Earlier in his career, Cummins was Director of Business Development for ARBROS, Inc. and Financial Officer for AED, Inc.

He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School, an MA in International Affairs from the George Washington University, and a BA in Political Science from Messiah College.
