Vice President of the Public Safety & Justice business in the ACS Government Solutions Group, Louis Schiavone oversees a portfolio of solutions in six practice areas:
- Fire Records Management
- EMS Billing and Collections
- Command and Control Solutions
- Court Case Management
- Jury Management
- Corrections
Prior to joining ACS, Schiavone earned a reputation as an innovative thought leader. He built and led one of Hewlett-Packard’s largest state and local initiatives: the Emergency Communication Transformation Program for New York City, a $1.3-billion program to enhance the city’s emergency response system.
Schiavone began his career with Digital Equipment Corporation, holding a number of executive positions, including Vice President of Outsourcing. He has led large, global IT service organizations at several large corporations, excelling in both sales and operations. He also helped start several smaller companies such as ContentGuard, a joint venture between Microsoft and Xerox.
