Kevin Kyser is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ACS. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial functions, including:
- Accounting
- Investor relations
- Corporate controllership
- Treasury
- Tax
- Audit
- Financial operations
- Strategic planning and analysis functions for worldwide operations
Previously, Kyser was Executive Vice President for ACS Finance and Accounting, where he was responsible for:
- Financial operations
- Corporate organization
- Two operating groups
Kyser was named Chief Financial Officer of ACS Commercial Solutions in 2006. In this capacity, he was responsible for the ongoing financial operations of an ACS Group that comprises nearly 60 percent of ACS’ business, contributing nearly $4 billion in annual revenue.
Previously, Kyser served as Senior Vice President Finance in ACS’s Investor Relations Department. He was responsible for daily interaction with Wall Street analysts and institutional shareholders.
Kyser has been with ACS since 1997. He has 20 years of finance experience, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
Before joining ACS, he spent six years with Energy Ventures, acquired by Weatherford International. There, he progressed from the role of Internal Audit to divisional Chief Financial Officer for a manufacturing division.
Kyser graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
