Skip Stitt - ACS chief administrative officer can address creating successful public-private partnerships

As Chief Administrative Officer, Skip Stitt coordinates corporate-wide innovation efforts and leverages best practices across all ACS platforms to improve client value and drive growth. 

From 2002 to 2005, Stitt served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for ACS’ Government and Community Solutions business, which provides business process outsourcing solutions to state and local governments, including child support payment processing, electronic benefits transfer, eligibility determination, e-childcare and electronic payments services.  

Prior to joining ACS, Stitt was President and founder of Competitive Government Strategies, a strategic consulting firm dedicated to helping government clients improve performance through business process re-engineering and strategic procurement. 

Previously, as Senior Deputy Mayor and Chief Operating Officer for the City of Indianapolis, Indiana, Stitt led the city’s nationally recognized transformation and public-private partnership efforts for nearly six years.   

Stitt received a B.S. from Southern Illinois University and a J.D. from the University of Illinois.
