Connie Harvey is Executive Vice President and Group President of ACS’ Healthcare, Finance and Insurance lines of business for commercial operations. Previously, she served as managing director of ACS’ Healthcare Payer and Insurance Services line of business, leading business development, technology development and client relationships.  Healthcare Payer & Insurance Services supports over 35 major payer and insurance organizations, and nine of the top 10 payer companies.

Harvey has focused on various initiatives to improve operational perform-ances to better serve ACS’ customers and diversifying the service offering.  The success of the team is apparent by strong growth including adding 16 new customer logos to the portfolio and nearly doubling revenues over the past three years.

While managing director of ACS’ Healthcare Payer and Insurance delivery unit, Harvey grew this business from $168 million to $444 million in annual revenue in five years. As a result of Connie's focus on quality, its customers now report the highest satisfaction levels in company history.

Connie Harvey graduated with distinction from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
