Connie Harvey is Executive Vice President and Group President of the ACS Healthcare, Finance and Insurance lines of business for commercial operations.

Previously, she served as managing director of the company’s Healthcare Payer and Insurance Services line of business, leading business development, technology development and client relationships.

Harvey has focused on various initiatives to improve operational performances for better serving customers and diversifying the service offering. While managing director of the Healthcare Payer and Insurance delivery unit, Harvey nearly tripled its annual revenue in five years. As a result of her focus on quality, this business’s customers now report the highest satisfaction levels in company history.

She graduated with distinction from Iowa State University with a BS in Industrial Engineering.
