Richard Williams is responsible for overseeing product research and development strategy for ACS state healthcare programs. He leads the development and implementation of various state electronic health records programs. He directed the development of QueryPath, the company’s sophisticated analytical software.
Prior to joining ACS, Williams led re-design and development of industry-leading fraud and abuse detection software. He also led the planning and implementation of 16 Medicaid and Medicare Decision Support System (DSS) installations.
Williams has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics from Randolph Macon College. He is working toward completing his Masters degree in Business from Notre Dame College in Baltimore, Md.
