Rebecca Scholl is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Communications for ACS responsible for corporate strategy development, strategic marketing, operational marketing, and branding. She was appointed Vice President in November 2007, and was promoted to Senior Vice President in September 2009.
Scholl joined ACS in 2004 from Gartner, Inc., a leading industry analyst and market research firm, where she was principal analyst in charge of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) research from 1998 through 2004, and was responsible for conducting research and providing advice to clients procuring or delivering BPO services. Her research focused on human resources outsourcing, finance and accounting outsourcing, and offshore outsourcing. She is the author of numerous reports on the BPO market including: The Rise of BPO; HR BPO - Time to Deliver on Your Promise; and BPO - Verticalization and Globalization Accelerate.
From 2004 until 2006, Scholl was based in Paris where she was in charge of strategic marketing for ACS throughout Europe and provided market intelligence, led European marketing efforts, helped form key partnerships, identified acquisition candidates, and developed influential business relationships throughout the continent.
Rebecca holds a MBA from Community of European Management Schools, a Masters in Management from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris, France, and a Masters in International Economic Relations from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, France.
