Rohail Khan’s background includes over 20 years of sales, account management, strategy and operational experience in enabling clients to transform the delivery of benefit administration services to participants. Prior to joining ACS, he was President of Benefits Administration, HR Outsourcing Services at Hewitt Associates, where his division accounted for approximately $1.5 billion in annual revenue.

Khan combines significant experience with a proven track record for leading change and implementing substantive improvements within the organizations he has led. Having been with four Fortune 50 companies, his track record includes operational excellence, a deep focus on clients and associates, and a passion for partnership with clients.

Earlier, Khan held leadership positions at Bank of America, E-Peopleserve, and Booz, Allen & Hamilton Management Consultants.  Khan holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
