Chad Harris serves as managing director of commercial markets within ACS’ IT Outsourcing group. For the past two years, Harris has been responsible for more than $500 million of ACS’ ITO business, including all large (greater than $40 million in annual revenue) accounts, all new business that enters the group, and ACS’ healthcare channel.

One of Harris’ key achievements during his nine-year tenure with ACS has been the development of the organization and service delivery models that propelled ACS’ growth in the healthcare IT industry.

Prior to joining ACS, Harris spent five years as CEO of Computer Systems Development, Inc. (CSD), which specialized in IT infrastructure and application outsourcing for the healthcare industry. ACS acquired CSD in 2000.

Harris received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from New Mexico State University, with a major in management information systems and a minor in economics. He earned an executive MBA from the Robert O. Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of New Mexico.
