John Rexford is ACS Executive Vice President for Corporate Development, responsible for all merger and acquisition activities. His experience and leadership in this position has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth.
Rexford previously served as ACS Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where he was responsible for all aspects of the following functions:
- Financial
- Accounting
- Investor relations
He has also served on the company’s Board of Directors.
Rexford joined ACS in 1996 as Senior Vice President to lead acquisition and corporate development activities. Since joining the company, he has completed numerous acquisitions across multiple:
- BPO segments
- IT segments
- Service lines of business
Rexford was named Executive Vice President in 2001.
Before joining ACS, Rexford served as Vice President of Citicorp and Citibank for more than 10 years. He held several assignments, primarily leading capital-raising activities in structured transactions. He also held the Vice President position at Continental Illinois Corporation.
Rexford received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from Southern Methodist University.
