Tom Blodgett is Chief Operating Officer of ACS’s commercial operations, a position to which he was promoted in 2009. The commercial business segment, which represents $4.3 billion in annual revenue, includes:

Previously, Blodgett was Executive Vice President and Group President of the Business Process Solutions delivery unit. He grew this business from $50 million to over $1 billion in annual revenue in 10 years.
With 20 years of senior management expertise in business process outsourcing (BPO) Blodgett is a BPO pioneer. In 1985, his family founded Unibase, a data entry company acquired by ACS in 1996. The acquisition expanded ACS’s capabilities in the BPO services market and created a service segment dedicated to delivering business process solutions.
Blodgett has also been instrumental in developing ACS’s Operational Excellence model, a key company differentiator. He provides clear leadership in the areas of customer satisfaction and competitive distinction. An early proponent of the company’s global outsourcing strategy, he opened its first offshore location in Monterrey, Mexico, in 1995.
He has led a global expansion initiative that now supports client operations in more than 100 countries and has made ACS the industry leader in the global market.
Blodgett brings leadership to ACS’s acquisition strategy. During his tenure, he has successfully acquired and integrated 13 companies into his line of business during his tenure.
He balances the structure and rigor of an effective operational organization with the aggressive, creative requirements of successful sales and marketing.
